I’m a Holistic Skin Scientist, meditation coach and Reiki practitioner dedicated to helping Black pregnant and postpartum women feel radiant, rooted, and well in every season of motherhood.

 

Dr. Jen Knows Skin is my love letter to Black moms — a sacred space for skincare and wellness support that sees and celebrates your journey, and guides you through the beauty and complexities of pregnancy and motherhood.

As a mom of three and postpartum depression survivor, I know firsthand how deeply your skin and self-care impact your mental, emotional, and physical well-being.  The skincare and wellness support I needed during my pregnancies wasn’t there — so I created it.

 

Pregnancy is a sacred rite of passage—and Black women deserve to look and feel unapologetically beautiful, nurtured and supported every step of the way.
