We do not collect or store your credit card information on this site or on our servers. Your payment details are handled directly by these platforms, using their own secure encryption and industry-standard protection protocols.

As the merchant of record, Dr. Jen Knows Skin is responsible for fulfilling services, handling customer support, and complying with consumer protection laws. Refunds and cancellations follow the policies outlined at booking, and any chargeback disputes are handled in accordance with the rules of the payment processor.
